Well, with the whole thing going on between Jemas, David and Quesada, and
how often sales come up when talking about this title I thought it would be
interesting to see how it does on a month to month basis. The numbers here are
from the estimated pre-order sales numbers, as provided by ICv2 (#17 - current), and Usenet.
It should be noted that comic shops order "blind" on a new series or a new
creative team for the first three issues, as that's how far in advance issues
are pre-ordered. It's not until the fourth issue that they can gauge reader
reaction and adjust their orders accordingly.
Note: If anyone knows where more accurate numbers for the first seven
issues please let me know.
